Someone rightly said that health is not valued until sickness comes. The thing is we humans are very prone to procrastinate everything. We know that an assignment is to be submitted tomorrow, we so we will begin at the last hour. Similarly, we don’t pay enough attention to our health. Being healthy and fit isn’t a fad or trend. Instead, it’s a lifestyle, and we tend to ignore the fact that our body is not in good condition.

What’s the reason for earning so much money because you can’t enjoy wealth if you are not in good health. It has become essential to take good care of your body, as it is the only place you live. But the will to be healthy will not come by watching fat to fit videos. You start when it reaches the core of your heart when you experience something that scares you.

It can be from any disease that surfaced up or as simple as not finding the clothes that fit your size. Think it about it like swimming, if you don’t know what drowning feels like. You will never learn to swim. I am by no means a health guru. My weight was 22 lbs more than my ideal weight.

He has never taken care of my weight. Thought that I have enough time to reduce it. But then my uncle, who was healthy with no disease running in the hereditary and not even crossed 40, suffered a mild cardiac arrest because of its food habits, which made me realize that life is too small to depend on tomorrow.

Now I am by no means a gym person. Following a proper gym’s routine is not made for me. But if we take a look at today’s health reducing exercise, the gym is not the only option. My rescue came from pilates. This helped me overcome my weight and tone my muscle to give a proper figure and kept my health in check.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low impact exercise or a modern form of yoga which tones your body to the core which improves your flexibility, posture, and mobility. One of the advantages of pilates is that you don’t require a machine to depend upon. All you need is a mat. You can feel your muscle toning up, gaining more strength in torso.

No exercise should be done by yourself. You need a trainer to have a proper method and way because a slight problem with muscle can leave you in a lot of pain.
