Reduce Your Light Exposure

Clearing your mind before bed is an excellent routine to develop. It lets you bring out all your thoughts so that you don’t have to think about them anymore. Writing in a journal about your day and upcoming tasks is a popular way of clearing your mind. That way, you can refer back to it in the morning for anything you’ve forgotten.
